Buttermilk Coconut Pie Recipe

This coconut pie is easy to make and is simply delicious! My family loves it!

Ingredients
- 3/4 stick REAL butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
- With electric mixer, blend all ingredients ( except pie shell) together.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Bake for about 40 minutes.
