How to make it

  • Boil potaotes until soft and then chop into small cubes.
  • Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Put orned beef, beets, potaotes and onion in frying pan and saute until browned.
  • Pour cream over mixture.
  • Cook for about 15 minutes or until a brown crust forms around the edges of the pan.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
