Ingredients
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 (12 oz) can corned beef, chopped
  • 1 (1 lb) can sliced beets, choppd
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Boil potaotes until soft and then chop into small cubes.
  2. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Put orned beef, beets, potaotes and onion in frying pan and saute until browned.
  4. Pour cream over mixture.
  5. Cook for about 15 minutes or until a brown crust forms around the edges of the pan.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
