Ingredients
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup Vanilla Lowfat Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. honey (optional)
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions
  1. Cut the frozen banana into 3 or 4 chunks and peel.
  2. Place in blender with yogurt, walnuts, cinnamon and honey (optional).
  3. Blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Pour into glass and top with a dusting of ground nutmeg.
