Shrimp Rice Veggie Thingie

- 3 cups cooked (not instant) rice shopping list
- 1 bag steamed fresh carrots shopping list
- 1 small bag petite frozen peas (do not defrost) shopping list
- 1 box frozen artichoke hearts steamed shopping list
- 1 box large buton mushrooms sliced (uncooked) shopping list
- 1 can chicken broth shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup+ water to clean cans shopping list
- 1 large bag cleaned uncooked shrimp cut (but not pasted) shopping list
- into 1/2 inch pieces shopping list
How to make it
- This is how I do it.
- Line up the ingredients all prepared as stated:

- Pre-heat oven to 325 deg F
- --------------
- Cover bottom of high casserole dish with 1/4 inch broth
- Place rice in casserole
- layer veggies one at a time in casserole neatly in any order
- In a seperate bowl place and mix cream of shrimp, cream of mushroom and the 1/2 can of water each you will use to clean the cans
- Place 1/2 shrimp in layer
- pour half soup mixture
- place another layer of shrimp
- pour rest of soup mixture
- around the sides gently and slowly pour remaining broth

- bake at 325 30 minutes
- raise heat to 350 last 30 min

- All ovens are different, please check for doneness
- You may substitute clam chowder ,cream of chicken etc for soups
