Banana Custard Pie Recipe
I have no idea where or when I got this recipe. I found it hidden in my computer recipes. I haven't tried it yet but it sounds really delicious and thought some of you might want to see it also.

Ingredients
  • 1 C. mashed ripe bananas
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 C. biscuit mix
  • 1/4 C. sugar
  • 1 Tbs. softened butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 C. cool whip (optional)
  • 1/4 C. coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)
  • Caramel topping, warmed(optional)

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  3. In small bowl, mix bananas and lemon juice; set aside.
  4. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients except cool whip, walnuts and caramel topping until blended.
  5. Add banana mixture; stir until blended.
  6. Pour into pie plate.
  7. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  9. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
  10. If you use the optional ingredients put them on top before serving
