A nice meal made in the crock pot so you will have time to do something else while supper is cooking. Serve with a big ol' pan of cornbread.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. bacon cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cans pork and beans
  • 1 can red kidney beans (drained)
  • 1 can of buttered lima beans (drained)
  • 1 C. ketchup
  • 1/4 C. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbs. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions
  1. Brown ground beef and onion, drain.
  2. Put in crock pot.
  3. Cook bacon, drain
  4. Add bacon and remaining ingredients to crock pot.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
