Tropical Fruit Bread Recipe
This Bread is Excellent for Breakfast, or Anytime! Tastes like a Dessert & Wakes up your Mouth with all the different Flavors!!

Ingredients
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Mashed Banana
  • 8 ounces Crushed Pineapple in Juice (WELL Drained)
  • 2 Cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts

Directions
  1. Preheat Oven 350 Degrees
  2. Grease Bottom Only of a Loaf Pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2) or 9x5x3.
  3. Mix Sugar, Butter, & Eggs until Blended, stir in Banana, & Pineapple.
  4. Stir in the rest of the Ingredients, just until Moistened.
  5. Spread in Pan.
  6. Bake 55 Minutes for 8 inch Loaf
  7. Bake 50 Minutes for 9 Inch Loaf or until toothpick comes out Clean.
  8. Cool 5 Minutes. Loosen sides of Loaf from Pan.
  9. Cool Completely before Slicing

I know ya'll get tired of hearing this but I don't bake. I can do this tho' 'cause it uses Bisquick. Ha. Sounds good too. Thanks Tann.


I took this to work yesterday. It was gone in a flash. I did'nt have any ( Lent), but I was told to make it again. Good post. Has my 5.
