How to make it

  • Peel potatoes, cut into quarters.
  • Brush with olive oil.
  • Place remaining ingredients in plastic bag and mix.
  • Add potatoes to bag and shake to coat.
  • Arrange in baking pan, turning once.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with a little more parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 375 for 1 hour.

    Love the history lesson. Wonder what they named the 12 children? Fried, Baked, Mashed, Stewed, Scalloped, Chip, Riced, Boiled, Steamed, Roasted, Broiled, Grilled? They all taste good. This is a good side. Saved. Thanks.
