How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Brush one layer of dough with butter
  • Top with another sheet of dough and brush with butter
  • Another layer dough, then butter
  • Then top with last dough
  • Drizzle top layer with 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Sprinkle with nuts
  • Using a pizza cutter, cut phyllo lengthwise into 4 strips
  • Cut each strip into six, making 24 rectangles
  • Transfer onto baking sheet
  • Bake for 4-5 minutes or until golden
  • Prepare pudding with milk according to box directions
  • Fold in whipped topping
  • On 8 dessert plates, place one phyllo rectangle
  • Spread about 1 tbls. of pudding mixture onto phyllo
  • Repeat
  • Top with last phyllo rectangle
  • Drizzle with maple syrup
