Ingredients

4 sheets phyllo dough, thawed

4 tsp. butter, melted

1/2 cup maple syrup, divided

2/3 cups walnuts, finely chopped

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

1 1/2 cups milk

1/2 cup whipped topping

Directions

Preheat oven to 425

Brush one layer of dough with butter

Top with another sheet of dough and brush with butter

Another layer dough, then butter

Then top with last dough

Drizzle top layer with 1/4 cup maple syrup

Sprinkle with nuts

Using a pizza cutter, cut phyllo lengthwise into 4 strips

Cut each strip into six, making 24 rectangles

Transfer onto baking sheet

Bake for 4-5 minutes or until golden

Prepare pudding with milk according to box directions

Fold in whipped topping

On 8 dessert plates, place one phyllo rectangle

Spread about 1 tbls. of pudding mixture onto phyllo

Repeat

Top with last phyllo rectangle

Drizzle with maple syrup
