Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake Recipe
Very easy to make blueberry cheesecake, it's a hit a work!

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4-8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling

Directions
  1. Mix the graham crackers and 1/2 cup of the sugar together. Mix in the butter, then spread on the bottom of a 9" x 13" cake pan.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
  3. Add eggs and mix until blended.
  4. Pour mix onto graham cracker crust .
  5. Spoon pie filling on top, gently swirl with a toothpick.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
  7. Refrigerate three hours or overnight before serving.

My husband loves my cheesecake, but I've only made the basic plain one and he puts strawberries on it, but looks like I need to give yours a try. Thanks for posting:o)
