How to make it

  • Mix the graham crackers and 1/2 cup of the sugar together. Mix in the butter, then spread on the bottom of a 9" x 13" cake pan.
  • Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
  • Add eggs and mix until blended.
  • Pour mix onto graham cracker crust .
  • Spoon pie filling on top, gently swirl with a toothpick.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
  • Refrigerate three hours or overnight before serving.

    My husband loves my cheesecake, but I've only made the basic plain one and he puts strawberries on it, but looks like I need to give yours a try. Thanks for posting:o)
