Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter, melted

4-8 oz. packages cream cheese

1 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

4 eggs

1 can blueberry pie filling

Directions

Mix the graham crackers and 1/2 cup of the sugar together. Mix in the butter, then spread on the bottom of a 9" x 13" cake pan.

Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.

Add eggs and mix until blended.

Pour mix onto graham cracker crust .

Spoon pie filling on top, gently swirl with a toothpick.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.

Refrigerate three hours or overnight before serving.
