Onion Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

3 to 5 slice onion -- Vidalia or spanish

1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 cup Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions

Slice onions. Place onions in a microwave dish.

Cut up margarine and place on top of onions, cover with a lid and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes.

Stir onions and microwave 5 to 7 minutes longer.

Mix cheese, salt, pepper and cracker crumbs.

Sprinkle over onions.

Bake at 350 degrees until crumbs are browned 20 to 30 minutes.
