Harvest Pudding

- 2 boxes cook and serve vanilla pudding shopping list
- 1 large apple shopping list
- 1 box round gingersnaps shopping list
- 3/4 cup chopped cashews shopping list
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 1/2 cup cinnamon baking chips shopping list
- 1 small container frozen whipped topping thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Line bottom and sides of a casserole dish with gingersnaps.
- Peel and dice apple then pour over snaps then sprinkle on cashews.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar then cover wish marshmallows and set aside.
- Cook pudding according to package instructions.
- When pudding is done gently stir in cinnamon chips then pour into casserole dish and chill.
- After chilled cover with whipped topping then sprinkle with remaining cashews.
