FRENCH SILK PIE
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Greer Estate in Arlington Texas in 1987.

Cat, I love this pie, but could I suggest that because the eggs are used raw that pasteurized eggs be used to prevent risk of a salmonella infection? I use Davidson's eggs and you can find where they are sold on"www.safeeggs.com" Honestly,I don't work for them, but have been using them for years so I can enjoy partially or raw egg dishes and let my granddaughter lick the batter bowl without worry.
