This is a must-have at our family get-togethers.My dad eats them faster than I can make them.Best served room temp.

Ingredients
  • 3 large cucumbers
  • 2 8 oz.packages softened Philly cream cheese (regular flavor)
  • 1-2 packages of small rye (or pumpernickel) party breads
  • 1 T. mayo
  • dill weed
  • 1 packet of Good Seasons dry italian salad dressing mix

Directions
  1. Peel and slice the cucumbers into 1/4" thick slices.
  2. Drain on paper towel.
  3. Mix mayo,seasoning mix and cream cheese together.
  4. Spread generously onto party breads.
  5. Top with a cucumber slice.
  6. Sprinkle with dill weed.
