Summertime Cucumber Sandwiches Recipe

How to make it

  • Peel and slice the cucumbers into 1/4" thick slices.
  • Drain on paper towel.
  • Mix mayo,seasoning mix and cream cheese together.
  • Spread generously onto party breads.
  • Top with a cucumber slice.
  • Sprinkle with dill weed.

    These are so awesome! I love this recipe and will be making some as appetizers for the holidays. How have you been, and also the little guy who had the dreadful treadmill accident? All is well here, ck my pix for the latest puppy pix. Their all big now and in their new homes, except the one I kept ;) Let me hear from you.
