Summertime Cucumber Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients

3 large cucumbers

2 8 oz.packages softened Philly cream cheese (regular flavor)

1-2 packages of small rye (or pumpernickel) party breads

1 T. mayo

dill weed

1 packet of Good Seasons dry italian salad dressing mix

Directions

Peel and slice the cucumbers into 1/4" thick slices.

Drain on paper towel.

Mix mayo,seasoning mix and cream cheese together.

Spread generously onto party breads.

Top with a cucumber slice.

Sprinkle with dill weed.
