How to make it

  • In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Place water in another shallow dish. Dip pork chops first in water, then in the flour mixture, coating completely.
  • In a large skillet, heat shortening over medium high heat until hot. Add pork chops and cook about 8 minutes on each side. Make sure the coating is golden. Place in a paper towel lined platter to drain.

    LOL! PORK CHOPS ARE MY FAVORITE. I USE THE CENTER CUT PORK CHOPS. LOOK AT MY SQUASH RECIPE, I HAVE A PICTURE OF WHAT I COOKED FOR SUPPER THE OTHER NITE, YOU WILL SEE THAT BIG, FAT ,DELICIOUS,BAD FOR YOU PORK CHOP! LOL!
