How to make it

  • Line a 13x9x2 pan with foil and grease with 1 1/2 teaspoons of butter. Set aside
  • In a large heavy pan, melt butter over low heat.
  • Add next five ingredients, cook and stir until smooth
  • Remove from heat. Stir in butterscotch chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla
  • Pour in pan and refrigerate until set
