- 1 packet of active dry yeast shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1 egg, room temperature shopping list
- 1 cup warm milk (110 degrees) shopping list
- 1/3 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 2 1/2 Tbs. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1 small package (3 oz) softened cream cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Put ingredients into the pan in order of manufacturers directions.
- Select dough; press start.
- After the dough has doubled in bulk, turn it onto a lightly floured table, cover with saran wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Roll the dough into a 16x21 in. rectangle. Spread the dough with the 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place the rolls on a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled (they will raise more in the oven) about 30 minutes.
- Bake the rolls until a golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Check the earler time.
- Whe the rolls bake, cream together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners sugar, vanilla and salt. Spread the frosting when the rolls are still warm.
