The adult version of a root beer float

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 quarts ice cream
  • 1 1/2 cups espresso, chilled
  • 3/4 cup amaretto
  • 2 cups cream soda, chilled

Directions
  1. Place 2 scoops ice cream in each of 6 glasses. Pour 1/4 cup of espresso and 2 tablespoons of amaretto over each. Fill the glasses with the cream soda, and serve immediately with a straw and long fountain spoons.
