How to make it

  • Peel potatoes and cook in large kettle until tender.
  • add remaining ingredients and mash with electric mixer untill light and fluffy. If they are to dry add a little more half and half. These are near perfect mashed potatoes so hope you all love them like we do.

    This is the exact way we make ours too, except for the grated garlic we add. Got to have sour cream and half & half. Gave you a 5:o)
