How to make it

  • Saute onion and garlic in the olive oil in a large skillet until tender.
  • Add entire can of diced tomatoes, parsley, oregano and salt and pepper. Simmer on low for 5-10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile boil salted water and add cappellini and cook until al dente. Drain.
  • Add pasta to tomato sauce and heat through.
  • Top with fresh basil. If you wish you may also add a diced roma tomato.
  • Enjoy!
