Ingredients
- 1 c. White Sugar
- 1 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 c. Shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 c. Peanut butter
- 2 1/2 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Directions
- Mix in order given
- Roll into balls and flaten with a fork
- Bake at 350 degrees until done

Very good cookie. 10 minutes makes a soft cookie. 12 minutes makes a slightly crunchy cookie but still chewy. Here's a pic for comparison sake.
