A wonderful BBQ sauce that has evolved over the years. Super easy - should make it more often - everyone loves it! Great on pork, chicken, beef, etc!.

Ingredients
- 1 med. onion, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 c ketchup
- 3/4 c fresh orange jucie
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 c fresh lemon juice
- 2 T red wine vinegar
- 2 T tomato paste
- 2 T honey
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T molasses
- 2 T worcestershire sauce
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 t liquid smoke
- 1 t ground coriander
- 1 t Tobasco, or other hot sauce
Directions
- In a heavy bottomed saucepan, mix all athe ingredients together and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for at least 10 minutes, stirring frequently
- Makes 3 cups
