Ingredients
- Note: For the purest,at heart,you may cook fresh potatoes,peel,shred.
- 1 Bag (32 oz)Frozen Hash Browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (und)--or cream of celery (thats my I use)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese(for this I use a lot more)
- 1 small shredded,onion
- Corse black pepper
Directions
- Mix altogether
- Pour into long pan(like cake pan)
- Bake at 350 degree
- 30 to 35 minutes
- Sprinkle with more Cheese
- Return to oven ,just to melt
- Enjoy
