Ingredients
  • Note: For the purest,at heart,you may cook fresh potatoes,peel,shred.
  • 1 Bag (32 oz)Frozen Hash Browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (und)--or cream of celery (thats my I use)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese(for this I use a lot more)
  • 1 small shredded,onion
  • Corse black pepper

Directions
  1. Mix altogether
  2. Pour into long pan(like cake pan)
  3. Bake at 350 degree
  4. 30 to 35 minutes
  5. Sprinkle with more Cheese
  6. Return to oven ,just to melt
  7. Enjoy
