Ingredients

2 cups chopped cooked turkey

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts

1/2 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped onion

1/4 teaspoon curry powder

16 slices of sanwich bread

1 12oz package of sliced cheese

Kraft Mayonnaise

Directions

Combine turkey, raisins, peanuts, celery, onion and enough mayonnaise to moisten.

Add curry powder; mix well.

For each sandwich, cover slice of bread with a cheese slice.

Top with the turkey salad and second slice of bread.

I vaguely remember this, because I had never tasted curry before (back in the 70's you know, we lived in the dark ages of seasonings and ingredients, especially in small towns like we lived in!!)...another one I have to try - you are SO SWEET to share these old Kraft recipes...I'm having so much fun walking down memory lane with them!
