Chocolate Blueberries

My kids and I have always frozen Blueberries and Grapes.. So why not add some Chocolate to the mix. I personally would avoid Chocolate on Grapes though... unless they are Raisins :-)
Ingredients
- Use large frozen blueberries and semi-sweet dipping chocolate. (semi-sweet chocolate chips may be substituted but 1 to 2 tsp. solid shortening per cup of chips must be added when melting the chips.) shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the chocolate slowly.
- Dip and cover each frozen blueberry and place on plate or pan covered with waxed paper.
- Place in freezer.
- Approximately 15 to 20 minutes before serving, remove from freezer and place on a pretty plate.
