My kids and I have always frozen Blueberries and Grapes.. So why not add some Chocolate to the mix. I personally would avoid Chocolate on Grapes though... unless they are Raisins :-)

To answer the question about will the chocolate seize? Here is my answer to that question. And thanks riverznnd for asking....
.....I would freeze the fresh blueberries in a single layer, make sure they are frozen solid. I have a deep freeze so I don't have a problem there. Get the chocolate melted and ready. Keep the blueberries in the freezer just up to the point of dipping them. Get 'em coated and stick back in the freezer, I would think they should be OK and not seize at that point.
