How to make it

  • Combine elbow macaroni, olives,onions and celery in a large bowl,mix well
  • Gently fold in hard boiled eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • For dressing
  • mix together milk, white vinegar and sugar until slightly thickened and sugar is dissolved
  • add mayonaise and mix well
  • Add to salad and mix until well combined
  • Chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours,preferably overnight stirring occasionally
