These are so good and so easy! A perfect addition to a holiday cookie tray. I've been know to eat a whole bunch so it's impossible to say the serving size lol.
Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups fine coconut shopping list
- 1 cup graham crumbs shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 3 oz pkgs strawberry jello shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together Eagle Brand, coconut, graham crumbs and vanilla.
- Form into 1' balls and roll in jelly powder.
- That's it! These freeze well.
- These are very sticky when your rolling them. I find if I rinse my hands under cold water the odd time it seems to help.
