Sugar Plums Recipe

Ingredients

1 can Eagle Brand

1 1/2 cups fine coconut

1 cup graham crumbs

1 tsp vanilla

2 3 oz pkgs strawberry jello

Directions

Mix together Eagle Brand, coconut, graham crumbs and vanilla.

Form into 1' balls and roll in jelly powder.

That's it! These freeze well.

These are very sticky when your rolling them. I find if I rinse my hands under cold water the odd time it seems to help.

My mom makes these or something similar at christmas. She shapes them like strawberries and uses a bit of green royal icing to pipe a few leaves on each. They look very pretty and taste great.
