Easy Butter Cake With Cinnamon Brown Sugar Old

This is an old recipe, and oh, so good with a steamin' hot cuppa coffee. Very comforting.
Ingredients
- 1 package Duncan Hines butter cake mix shopping list
- 3/4 cup oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs, one at a time shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- In large mixer bowl, add cake mix, oil, sugar, vanilla, sour cream
- With electric mixer, mix only until blended
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating only *slightly* after each addition
- DO NOT OVERMIX!
- Stir in pecans by hand
- Pour one half of the batter into a greased and floured tube or Bundt pan
- In small bowl, mix cinnamon and brown sugar
- Sprinkle this over batter
- Top with remaining batter
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 50-60 minutes
