How to make it

  • Mix Oil, Salt, Minced Garlic, and Rosemary in a small bowl
  • Rub mixture on pork roast
  • Wrap roast in plastic or place in re-sealable bag
  • Refrigerate, and allow to marinate 5 hours to overnight
  • Remove from container and place on rack in a shallow roasting pan
  • With a small knife make small deep cuts in roast and insert remaining garlic
  • Place in oven and cook at 275 for about 9 hours
  • Enjoy.

    pointsevenout ate it and said...
    Made 9lb roast to spec. It is way overdone. Reads over 200F by temp probe. Tore out the guts and am trying to find a sloppy pulled pork to try and save some of this.
