i kind of experimented on this recipe and prepared it for my birthday today. quick and easy,especially if you're cooking for a group and is pressed for time.

Ingredients
  • 1 pack (400 g) spaghetti
  • 2 cans (180 g) tuna hot & spicy
  • 1/2 cup garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small block of butter - about 2-3 tablespoons
  • basil leaves
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. in a pot, cook spaghetti according to package direction. drain. set aside.
  2. on another stove, heat oil and butter for 2 mins.
  3. saute garlic for another 3 mins.
  4. add tuna. stir and cook for 3 more mins.
  5. salt and pepper to taste.
  6. then, pour sauce over the pasta. sprinkle with basil leaves. mix thoroughly. serve.
