Foil-Pack Chicken and Mushroom Dinner

- 1 can(103/4oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 13/4c water,divided shopping list
- 1 pkg.(6oz) Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken shopping list
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves(11/2lb),1/2" thick shopping list
- 4 slices Oscar Meyer thin sliced smoked ham,chopped shopping list
- 11/2c sliced fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 11/2c frozen peas shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400. Mix soup and 1/4c of water;set aside. Combine stuffing mix and remaining 11/2c water;spoon evenly onto the center of each of six large sheets of heavy duty foil. Top each with one chicken breast. Cover evenly with the ham,mushrooms,peas and soup mixture.
- Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and both ends to seal each packet,leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place packets in single layer on 15x10x1" baking pan.
- Bake 30-35 mins. or until chicken is cooked through. Remove packets from oven;let stand 5 mins. Place 1 packet on each of 6 dinner plates. Cut slits in foil with sharp knife to release steam before opening.
