Carries Vanilla Amaretto Pancakes

This is a new twist on a very basic boxed-pancake mix.I happened to run out of milk one morning while making pancakes and the only thing I had was flavored coffee creamer...So I experimented from there.These are heavenly,and taste great with just butter!
Ingredients
- Boxed pancake mix shopping list
- 2 tsp.vanilla shopping list
- 1 shot Amaretto de Saronno shopping list
- 3/4- 1 C.Carnation Amaretto flavored liquid coffee creamer shopping list
- shortening or cooking spray shopping list
- maple syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat skillet and rub down with shortening on a paper towel.
- Prepare pancake mix as shown on box,except substituting the milk for the creamer.
- Add the vanilla and Amaretto.
- Stir until right consistency.
- (If mixture is too runny,add more pancake mix)
- Cook in skillet and serve with warm butter or syrup.
