How to make it

  • boil lasagna noodles till flexable an able to roll about 10 minutes
  • add racotta cottage an spices together in a bowl
  • drain spinich completely an squeeze out excess water
  • add spinich to the bowl an incorperate well
  • lay out lasagna noodles on a cookie sheet
  • 2 spoons of cheese mixture per noodle on one end
  • roll lasagna noodle up
  • lay the rolled stuffed lasagna in a bakeing dish
  • add 1 jar of tomatoe sauce over top
  • bake until tender or to your likeing useully about 30 minutes at 350

    hello again just wanted to say if you would rather sub the racotta try useing feta it is also good with the spinich rolls
