an old italian recipe that has been in my family for years i have added a small tweak to it my wife couldent stop till it was gone

Ingredients
  • 1 medium size containers racotta cheese
  • 2 boxs lasagna noodles
  • 1 can spinich
  • 2 table spoons garlic powder or minced
  • 1 small container small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cyanne pepper
  • 1 jar tomatoe sauce

Directions
  1. boil lasagna noodles till flexable an able to roll about 10 minutes
  2. add racotta cottage an spices together in a bowl
  3. drain spinich completely an squeeze out excess water
  4. add spinich to the bowl an incorperate well
  5. lay out lasagna noodles on a cookie sheet
  6. 2 spoons of cheese mixture per noodle on one end
  7. roll lasagna noodle up
  8. lay the rolled stuffed lasagna in a bakeing dish
  9. add 1 jar of tomatoe sauce over top
  10. bake until tender or to your likeing useully about 30 minutes at 350
