How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix meatball ingredients, and form into 1" balls
  • Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes
  • Place in a slow cooker on low setting
  • In a saucepan, heat vinegar, pineapple juice, soy sauce & brown sugar
  • Add cornstarch and bring to a boil.
  • Pour over meatballs
  • Stir in pineapple chunks and green pepper.
  • Keeps well in a slow cooker for several hours

    This sounds good! Have to try this and stay away from the Schwann's meatballs..lol..they are delicious and lazy me likes to just warm um up!
