Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 16 slices of day old bread (crusts removed)
  • 16 slices of the large CoJack Cheese or Monaray Jack cheese
  • 16 slices of thin ham
  • 2 1/2 c milk
  • 2 cup crushed corn flakes

Directions
  1. Prepare the night before.
  2. Grease 9X13 pan or glass cassarole dish
  3. Place in layers:
  4. Bread, then cover bread with slices of ham, then cover ham with slices of cheese.
  5. Repeat until you reach the top of pan
  6. Mix egg and milk together
  7. Pour over layers, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. In the morning, pre-heat oven to 350
  9. Cover top of evenly with crushed corn flakes
  10. Bake for one hour @ 350
  11. Serve with fresh cut up fruit.
