Easy Butter Horns

Easy to prepare. These melt in your mouth, and are truly wonderful.
Ingredients
- butter HORNS shopping list
- 12 ounces cottage cheese shopping list
- 2 sticks unsalted butter shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- glaze shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 cups powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk shopping list
- In bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, vanilla and milk shopping list
- ice the butter horns while they are warm shopping list
How to make it
- In large mixer bowl, with electric mixer combine cottage cheese, butter, flour, and salt until fairly smooth, not lumpy
- Chill overnight in covered bowl
- When ready to prepare, remove from refrigerator
- Divide dough into thirds
- Roll each portion out on floured board into a CIRCLE
- Cut into pie shaped wedges
- Roll each piece up beginning from the wide end of each wedge
- Place on greased cookie sheet
- Bake in a 350 degree oven, 30-40 minutes
- Ice with butter cream glaze, while they are still warm
