Chocolate Waffles

These are very tasty and very rich. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 2 cups sifted all purpose flour shopping list
- 3 teaspoons baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3 egg yolks beaten shopping list
- 3 egg whites beaten until stiff shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups milk shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup whipped cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, cocoa and salt together in medium bowl.
- Mix beaten egg yolks, milk and butter then add to dry ingredients.
- Stir lightly until mixed then bake in a hot waffle iron.
- Top with whipped cream and pecans then serve immediately.
