French Dip Sandwich

                    - 1/4 cup butter (4 tablespoons) shopping list
- 2-3 shallots shopping list
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 4 cups beef stock or beef broth shopping list
- 1 TB worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1.5 lbs deli thin-siced roast beef shopping list
- 4 crusty rolls shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook the shallots and garlic over low-mediium heat until translucent.
- Add the beef stock and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Heat the rolls in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes to warm them and crisp the crust.
- Put the roast beef in the sauce as it simmers until heated through.
- Slice the rolls and load up with the roast beef.
- Put a small dish or ramekin on each plate with extra sauce for dipping.
