How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350° F, and grease a 9" pan.
  • Purée chutney in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add eggs, yogurt, brown sugar, oil, applesauce rum, salt and spices. Process until smooth. Add flours and with on-off pulses, process just until blended.
  • Add cranberries and pulse to blend.
  • Scrape into pan and bake 35 minutes.
  • Cool completely before cutting and serving.
