haystacks with a twist

- 1 bag (11oz ) butterscotch chips shopping list
- 1 bag (12oz) chow mein noodles shopping list
- OR shopping list
- 2 cans (3oz each) La Choi rice noodles shopping list
How to make it
- prepeare cookoie sheet by covering with wax paper, set aside.
- place butterscotch chips in microwave safe bowl.
- microwave on high for 3 minutes on high, stirring every minute (microwave temperatures vary, remember!).
- in a large bowl, mix melted mixture with chow mein noodles (don't worry if noodles break).
- scoop onto wax paper-covered cookie sheet.
- let sit 10 minutes.
- eat and enjoy!
- optional- you can substitute the butterscotch chips for chocolate and peanut butter chips (50/50). prepare as above, and add 2 diced peanut butter cups, or a snickers bar, or a milky way, or your favorite candy bar.
