How to make it

  • Blend onion garlic and ginger in processor until fine
  • heat oil in frying pan until v hot add meat
  • add mustard seeds stirring until they pop
  • add some hot chillies now if you like it fiery
  • add onion mix from above stirring in curry mixture also for 5 mins
  • Blend tomato also and add to mixture, add some more turmeric for extra colour if needed.
  • add coconut milk or alternatives and stir on low heat for 5 mins
  • Dont over cook just now and let it sit for 2 days for best results :D really!
  • serve with good basmati and some fresh chopped coriander/cilantro for garnish
