- 2 ripe (really ripe) bananas shopping list
- 1 3/4 c flour shopping list
- 2/3 c sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp bp shopping list
- 1/4 tsp bs shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp coconut extract (if you have it) shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 c creamy peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 c walnuts shopping list
- Crumble toping: shopping list
- 2 packets instant oatmeal shopping list
- 2 big tbs peanut butter shopping list
- 2 tbs sugar shopping list
- cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Heat your hot box to 375
- mix butter, sugar, bananas, peanut butter, eggs
- in another bowl mix the dry bits
- combine wet and dry, fold in walnuts
- divide into paper lined muffin pan
- in a small bowl combine crumble topping ingredients, use your fingers like a pastry cutter until a sandy soft and crumbly texture is formed.
- heap topping onto muffin batter
- bake for ~30 minutes
- *watch your muffins though!! topping burns easily!
