- 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn shopping list
- 1 15 oz can cream style corn shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 8oz fat free sour cream shopping list
- 1 box of Jiffy brand corn muffin mix shopping list
- scant 1/4 cup sugar* optional shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into a greased 2.5 quart casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes depending upon your oven
- You could also make this recipe savory by omitting the sugar and adding your choice of fresh herbs.
