Ingredients

1 15 oz can whole kernel corn

1 15 oz can cream style corn

4 eggs

1 stick of butter

8oz fat free sour cream

1 box of Jiffy brand corn muffin mix

scant 1/4 cup sugar* optional

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour into a greased 2.5 quart casserole.

Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes depending upon your oven

You could also make this recipe savory by omitting the sugar and adding your choice of fresh herbs.
