this is a simple pepper dip mainly for meat but can also be used for anything else. if you like spice, try me!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1-2 green onion stalks chopped
  • 1-2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 small slice of lime
  • fresh or dried thai peppers
  • water

Directions
  1. add 1-2 Thai peppers or 1 tsp of dried thai peppers
  2. Add chopped cilantro and green onions
  3. Add fish sauce
  4. squeeze small slice of lime
  5. add water to taste
