Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas shopping list
- 12 pieces thick cut, peppered bacon shopping list
- 2 Medium tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- romaine lettuce, 6 full leaves (or shredded) shopping list
- 1/4 c chopped fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 1 red onion, diced shopping list
- 1 Red, Yellow, or green bell pepper, seeded and chopped shopping list
- 1 c shredded cheese, any flavor shopping list
- 1/4 c real mayo shopping list
- 1/4 c sour cream shopping list
- 2 T Ranch seasoning mix shopping list
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes shopping list
- (sometimes I add a shake or two of taco seasononing and/or a dash of cumin) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the mayo, sour cream, ranch and red pepper flakes, (and taco seasoningcumin if using) set aside
- Cook bacon and lay on paper towel to drain
- Spread ranch on tortillas
- Layer Lettuce, 2 strips bacon, tomatoes, onion, mushroom, pepper and cheese
- Roll up in tortilla, tucking one end under
- **I cut the bacon into 2 inch pieces, and saute the onion, pepper and mushrooms with it** OR leave cold, your choice
