Great twist on the BLT

Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas
- 12 pieces thick cut, peppered bacon
- 2 Medium tomatoes, chopped
- Romaine Lettuce, 6 full leaves (or shredded)
- 1/4 c chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1 Red Onion, diced
- 1 Red, Yellow, or Green Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 c shredded cheese, any flavor
- 1/4 c real mayo
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 2 T Ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 t red pepper flakes
Directions
- Mix the mayo, sour cream, ranch and red pepper flakes, set aside
- Cook bacon and lay on paper towel to drain
- Spread ranch on tortillas
- Layer Lettuce, 2 strips bacon, tomatoes, onion, mushroom, pepper and cheese
- Roll up in tortilla, tucking one end under
