Ingredients
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 12 pieces thick cut, peppered bacon
  • 2 Medium tomatoes, chopped
  • Romaine Lettuce, 6 full leaves (or shredded)
  • 1/4 c chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Red Onion, diced
  • 1 Red, Yellow, or Green Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 c shredded cheese, any flavor
  • 1/4 c real mayo
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 2 T Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 t red pepper flakes

Directions
  1. Mix the mayo, sour cream, ranch and red pepper flakes, set aside
  2. Cook bacon and lay on paper towel to drain
  3. Spread ranch on tortillas
  4. Layer Lettuce, 2 strips bacon, tomatoes, onion, mushroom, pepper and cheese
  5. Roll up in tortilla, tucking one end under
