How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Mix mayo, parmesean cheese, minced garlic, pepper, and oregano together in a bowl
  • Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet
  • Cover chicken breast with the mayo mix and then top with breadcrumbs, patting the breadcrumbs to help them stick to the may mix
  • Carefully flip each chicken breast and repeat the process to the other side
  • Bake in 400 degree oven until breasts reach 160 degree internal temperature, about 25 minutes

    This is a very moist preparation, and the chicken does not dry out. Very flavorful, well liked by the family. Thanks for the post. Love the garlic.
