This is a simple, fast dish to prepare that is sure to please your household. Great for nights when you work late and want something quick and easy.

Ingredients
  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Organic Chicken Breasts
  • 1/4 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesean Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonaise
  • 2 Cloves Finely Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Fresh Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Freshly Groud Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix mayo, parmesean cheese, minced garlic, pepper, and oregano together in a bowl
  3. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet
  4. Cover chicken breast with the mayo mix and then top with breadcrumbs, patting the breadcrumbs to help them stick to the may mix
  5. Carefully flip each chicken breast and repeat the process to the other side
  6. Bake in 400 degree oven until breasts reach 160 degree internal temperature, about 25 minutes
