How to make it

  • Beat sugar and milk into cream cheese till smooth. Fold in the coconut, Fold into cool whip and extract.
  • Spoon into pie crust. Freeze until firm,about 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature about 20 mins. Store leftovers in freezer

    My son loves "pudding pies", conconut cream, banana cream, etc...thanks for an easy to make pudding pie. 5 for sure.
