How to make it

  • Heat oven to 425
  • spray pan to prevent sticking
  • scrub and cut red potatoes into 6ths or 8th for wedges. You want them thick but not huge - use your judgement
  • In a small bowl, toss potatoes with olive Oil
  • Rub potatoes with combined seasonings
  • spread onto prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes
  • Dip:
  • combine ketsup, brown sugar & worcestershire sauce to taste for a nice alternative to plain ketsup.
