Steakhouse Wedge Potatoes

- 4 Large red potatoes shopping list
- 2 T olive oil shopping list
- 1 t kosher salt shopping list
- 1 t coarse black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 t garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 t paprika shopping list
- Dip: shopping list
- ketsup shopping list
- brown sugar shopping list
- worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 425
- spray pan to prevent sticking
- scrub and cut red potatoes into 6ths or 8th for wedges. You want them thick but not huge - use your judgement
- In a small bowl, toss potatoes with olive Oil
- Rub potatoes with combined seasonings
- spread onto prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes
- Dip:
- combine ketsup, brown sugar & worcestershire sauce to taste for a nice alternative to plain ketsup.
