How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • pre-soak chickpeas (I brought mine to a boil and let them simmer for an hour) if dried
  • toss with olive oil
  • spread them in one layer on a baking sheet and put in oven.
  • bake for 30-40 minutes or until they start splitting open and some of them turn dark
  • toss with sea salt and spices
