Roasted Chickpeas

- Dried chick peas (garbanzos) or canned shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 2 tsp garam masala (or any combination Indian-ish spices, garlic is good, also) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- pre-soak chickpeas (I brought mine to a boil and let them simmer for an hour) if dried
- toss with olive oil
- spread them in one layer on a baking sheet and put in oven.
- bake for 30-40 minutes or until they start splitting open and some of them turn dark
- toss with sea salt and spices
