How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In a bowl whisk one egg then gently fold in all ingredients except butter until well combined.
  • Shape into patties.
  • In a hot sauté pan add 2 tablespoons butter then lightly brown crab cakes on both sides.
  • Remove from sauté pan.
  • Bake for 8 minutes.

    Hey cooking buddy. You say these are cheap, do you have any good places to order seafood. Would love any direction here! All the sites I have seen are so expensive. I am in the midwest and about the only cheap here is catfish or salmon. Oh I guess there's carp if you catch it yourself:)Nasty!
